Hardik Sampat brings international, hands-on expertise to India’s emerging home inspection industry. He has worked extensively in Canada with Home Depot, where he gained in-depth exposure to building materials, construction systems, tools, and industry best practices. This foundation was strengthened through his work as a General Contractor in Canada, managing residential projects and coordinating trades across structure, plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, and finishing works.
In addition, Hardik has worked closely with Primary Home Inspection in Canada, where he was trained in structured, process-driven home inspection methodologies followed in North America. This experience gave him a strong understanding of objective inspections, detailed reporting, risk identification, and clear communication with homeowners and buyers.
Through PROOFIT, Hardik is adapting these proven international inspection standards to the Indian real estate context—taking into account local materials, construction practices, climate conditions, and regulatory realities. His goal is to bring transparency, accountability, and confidence to Indian homebuyers by making professional home inspection an essential step in every property transaction.

Santosh Kale brings extensive on-ground experience in India’s residential construction and inspection landscape. He has inspected multiple apartments and independent homes across Mumbai, with hands-on expertise in identifying workmanship defects, structural concerns, dampness, seepage, leakage, waterproofing failures, and safety-related issues.
With a deep understanding of local construction materials, site practices, and building challenges unique to Indian homes, Santosh plays a critical role in ensuring inspections are practical, relevant, and actionable. At PROOFIT, he leads technical inspections on-site, applying systematic checklists and inspection protocols to deliver clear, unbiased insights to homeowners and buyers.
