Our Methodology

Our Inspection
Process

At PROOFIT, we follow a clearly defined, multi‑stage inspection process inspired by international property inspection practices, thoughtfully adapted for Mumbai’s construction standards and apartment layouts.

Pre‑Inspection Consultation

We begin by understanding the property type-new possession, resale, or rental-along with layout details, previous maintenance history, and your specific concerns or focus areas.

Comprehensive Site Walkthrough

Our team conducts a systematic walkthrough, covering every part of the unit-living and dining zone, bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, balconies, and shared spaces-to form an overall picture of the property’s condition.

Structural and Finishing Assessment

We inspect floors, walls, ceilings, doors, windows, and surface finishes to evaluate workmanship, alignment, material quality, and any visible cracks, gaps, or unevenness.

Plumbing, Electrical, and Fixture Review

We check water fittings, flow and drainage, identify visible leaks or pressure issues, and assess electrical points, switches, lighting, and MCBs for safe and proper operation.

Moisture and Leakage Evaluation

Using handheld meters and visual indicators, we identify dampness, seepage signs, and any areas that may suggest concealed water leaks or waterproofing weakness.

Detailed Recording and Tagging

Every observation is documented with photographs, precise location details, and expert recommendations on probable causes and corrective measures.

Report Delivery and Client Review

We present a clear, digital inspection report and personally walk you through critical findings, recommended actions, and coordination advice for your builder, owner, or contractor.

Note: Our assessments are non‑invasive; in cases that require deeper investigation, we suggest follow‑up tests by certified structural or waterproofing specialists.
